Enable logging Firewall Rule not Working

hi
i installed opnsense 20.7
and implement server Syslog and Send log to This Server
But Opnsense Send ALL Log (Pass , Block, Reject) to syslog I dont Need
and i Disable Logging From Firewall-> Rules For all RULES
But  yet opnsense Send All log

Look at System>Settings>Logging for options to disable logging on the default rules too
