HE Tunnel Broker No Route to Host Can't Ping Client

I've been using OPNSense for 6 months as my primary router but I'm still a noob. My ISP, Windstream, delivers fiber but not IPv6 so I am trying to set up Tunnel Broker through Hurricane Electric. I carefully followed the directions at
https://medium.com/swlh/ipv6-on-opnsense-router-599a9198aaed
as well as the directions in the OPNSense Docs. My router has a static IP and is directly connected to the fiber modem. My tunnel interface is set as the primary and the firewall allows all IPv6 ICMP traffic to that interface and the IPv6 DNS address is added in the System General Settings. Now I should be able to ping an IPV6 target but ping6 google.com returns "No route to host" and when I try to ping the interface on my router I get a "Host seems down" message. Restarting the router didn't help. I don't know if I've just missed something in the config or if it's possible Windstream blocks Tunnel Broker and without a working ping or traceroute I don't know how to troubleshoot. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
