System stuck at "Booting"

Hi everybody!

I've got a system with an Asrock Q1900M and an SSD.
Booting from USB everything works fine but the system wont boot after it was installed on the SSD.
I have changed every conceivable setting in the UEFI that could be responsible for it and i have tried a Default UEFI as well. I have even tried a different SSD.
Nothing seems to work. Any Ideas?

Does this happen in non-UEFI mode (CSM) ?
