ND Proxy

I live in Japan where the largest and oftentimes the only access net provider only bridges a /64 ND on their 1Gbps subscriptions, and since I have a bunch of VLANs set up, I would like to have all my vlans getting v6 addresses as well.

I saw this is implemented in the FreeBSD official ports tree: https://github.com/AlexandreFenyo/ndproxy

Saw this mentioned few versions ago but didn't really see it implemented, and I'm really thankful if this can be managed :)
