How to direct one host on LAN to ALWAYS use one of two WAN links?

I'm a newbie so please be gentle!
I have managed to set up OPNSense 20.7 amd64 and am very impressed thus far but have now hit a wall!
I have two WAN links, a fast primary and a slower secondary. I have configured failover and it is working.
I now want to direct a single host on the LAN to always use the secondary WAN. The host is a smart TV and there is a viewing app that must run through that WAN as it is linked to the ISP and the DSL account / circuit.
I'm probably missing the key terms but have searched the online material and the web generally but have not found the key to achieving this. Can anyone help, please?
Thank you.

Hello RGN01.
Its called PBR. Pabst Blue..... wait thats not it.. Policy Based Routing..
When you create your rule make sure the source address is the IP of your device with a destination of ANY and then towards the bottom of the rule you will see a spot to change the gateway. I have attached a screenshot to show it.
If this is a default install of OPNsense this should be all you need to do.

Thank you very much, @hitechhillbilly, that is very helpful.
As far as I know it is a default install - I've made some changes for the failover but nothing else.
Would the rule you mention be on the LAN side? My guess is that it will but I'm still trying to get my head around the 'floating' option.
