opnsense installation issue

so from options i choose 8 , opened the shell and wrote opnsense-installer
i get error as shown in pictures here
can anyone help me please

Maybe the disk wasn't properly cleared before. There were a handful of reports over the years that the OS was unable to wipe the beginning of the disk completely and run into these types of errors.
