A second VPN client, and transmitting certain, specific things in the clear?

I've built my own opnsense box, and have found myself in the deep end quickly.

I have a VPN client working, specifically 1 server uses it and it works nicely.  It was set up using this tutorial: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=4979.0

Now I'd like to set up a 2nd VPN client for the rest of the network, and also figure out a way to get specific things not transmitted through the VPN.  For example, games and certain streaming sites like Netflix, etc.

I've tried going through the tutorial linked above to create a second VPN, but without much luck.  And that's where I'm stuck at, let alone try to get Netflix to work.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
