Hardware recomendatoins for a small form factory "rugged" device

Hi, I have a deployment Mikrotik RB750s that I would like to migrate to opensense. Can anyone recommend a board or device with the following

• > 3 interfaces
• small form factor, does not need to be as small as the RB750 but smaller than a 1U unit
• Fanless
• Operating temperature upper end around 40-50C

Because of your Signature i assume that you are from Germany?
Do you have a Fitlet Device? Where did you buy it in Germany? Perhaps you can give me a hint (PN?)
