IPSEC Tunnel Working on Phase 1 and 2 but RDP blank screen

Hello

Can anyone please give me some direction.

I have an IPSEC tunnel connecting from a Cloud Service Provider to my Opensense Firewall 20.1.1.

It provides remote connections into your on-premises network using RDP in this case.

Phase 1 Tunnel connects and Phase 2 connects.

We can establish authentication from the cloud provider and i see the user has logged on the server in my network when i am already logged on the server with a different account.

However from the cloud console we just get a black screen to the server via RDP, the user seems to disconnect and reconnect.

I can see in the Firewall logs that the rules are being fired to allow the connection inbound via IPsec and via a rule oubound that allows everything out the firewall itself.

I have tried many things including NAT rules but im at my limits, teh provider enginerr also tried many things they say they can see the connection but something keeps resetting the connection.

im just wondering if there is now a bug or limitation somewhere.

I fixed the problem funny how that happens 2 minutes after you post.

Disable IPSEC offload in the network properties of the NIC on the server i am connecting too
