OPNSENSE in HA Mode Freeze after 10 minutes

In our datacenter we have two OPN Sense in HA Mode

We run this 2 units (master and slave) on HP G8 with redundant DISK mirrored with a spare disk.

We have the problem that the Master freeze after 10 Minutes and we can´t access the system anymore.
There is no error message or something else. It looks like the kernel simply stops.
We have changed the complete Hardware without Success.

We use a NC 523SFP dual 10G Port Ethernet Card with the Qlogic Driver. (if_qlgxb)

We are on the latest software (20.1.3)


The internet traffic is on the ql0 interface
All other networks are on the ql1 in different VLANs also the HA-SYNC.

The HA ist provided by CARP

Is the error is known?


Maybe it started with 20.1.3, because before everything worked fine.
But we installed the HA-Proxy together with the upgrade.
So it can also HA-Proxy related.

If the slave is active everything on the slave works fine.
The slave uses the same hardware and the same software version.
