FreeBSD 12 - based release any ETA?

As I currently have too much time on my hands, I was wondering when the FreeBSD 12-based release would be available, as now would be a good time to perform tests or upgrades.
Would this new release support install on ZFS filesystem?

In a couple of days there will be a beta based on 12.1, but not a ZFS installer yet I guess.
