High ping values to OPNsense from a local PC

Hi,
I have a problem with Voice packets since de upgrade from 19.1 to 20.1 firmware. Almost no packet loss but every now and then from 20 ms to 450 ms which causes communication problems.
I also tested this from a local PC to OPNsense router (the gateway) and same result. I can not tell when and how often exactly but its very annoying when i am in a call. Does anyone experience same problem.
Thank you all in advance for your reply / input.
Please see attached ping test.
Regards,
Tamer.

During the ping delay, can you check if there is any other operation on the cpu and ram status and network in your device with OPNsense installed? Ping delay is usually caused by high network operations.

Update:
I did run a ping test while i was monitoring the systeem via htop. I saw the ping value jumping up to 290 ms from 1 ms and saw on shell that GeoIP was doing something. I experimented with the GeoIP while back and maybe something was not compatible with this version. So i deleted the the GeoIP alias and run the test and the result is good.
I dont know for sure what i did was the right way or the solution !?
Do please comment or let me know what you think?
Regards,
Tamer.
