Any news on user-based firewall policies???

Hello,

I have searched the forum on news about user-based firewall policies. I have found several entries and also a plugin which was discussed last year for implementing it in OPNsense.

Are there any news about this topic? Is anybody developing it or planning to do it? I would volunteer for testing it, but I am not a programmer.

Plugin was not accepted so it will not be publicly available in the repository. I think the sources are still on GitHub so you can build it and apply the patches by yourself.
