Can't access webadmin or anything after upgrading to 20.1.2

I upgraded from 20.1.1 to 20.1.2 and now i can't access the webadmin and nothing works EXCEPT DHCP.
I've tried my gb3 and 4 ports still nothing....but it's giving out DHCP.

I can't access anything for some reason.  any ideas how i can fix this?

do you have sensei enabled? I had to set bypass mode in order to access the WUI again

i do not, is there a way to install it without internet access?

Can you reset to factory defaults from the console and reconfig?  Or restart all services from the console menu?
