Proxy Webfiltering

I followed to setup proxy web-filtering based on below instruction.

the issue is even I removed banking and youtub categories from block list but still both site are blocked.

Also I added those sites to no-bump list like *.youtub and *.wellsfargo.com and still those sites are not accessible if we turn on the proxy filtering.

Please someone should help.

Did you use Remote Access Control Lists to filter by category?

In that case you need to whitelist the sites (youtube.com for example) by clicking on the arrow next to Forward Proxy and select Access Control List and whitelist them.
