Bad Data in Traffic Reporting?

I'm running 19.7.7 and the data in Traffic Reporting (Web GUI > Reporting > Traffic) does not appear to be correct. For example, go to the traffic reporting page then download a large file. The in/out totals at the bottom of the page will not match the size of the file that was downloaded. For me, the totals shown on the traffic reporting page are roughly 4x the size of the downloaded file. Am I misunderstanding something about the traffic reporting page or is this a bug?
I initially wanted to guage how much bandwidth Google Stadia was using, but then I noticed the numbers were bad.

If you could describe how you tested and how it can be reproduced it would be better to have this as a bug report.
Would be nice if you could open one on that topic on GitHub.
