Fresh Install Error (Production 19.7) on captive portal authentication failed

Hi Guys,
I am new to OPNSense however am an old user of other firewalls. Last night i decided to explore the OPNSense. In the initial configurations it broke 2 times while changing the WAN address from DHCP to Static and Changing Gateway settings. the things i experienced were the browser keep working continuously with completion results and on refreshing or trying to restart services sometimes it works and sometime it broke. Well i managed to install fresh again to work on.
The worst thing i am facing from last night is that captive portal authentication is not working. i tried a fresh install also. tried with Radius authentication tried with Local Database, even tried not authentication just sign in but yet it only gives "Authentication Failed Error". this is really surprising for me. Can anyone of you try a fresh install and check it ? and anybody could guide me how to fix this issue ? TIA

Have the same problem but with LDAP (Active directory) after doing a fresh install with version 19.7.8.
With version 18 it is working correctly!

It might fail to authenticate because "Enforce Local Group" is set to "admins" and changing it to "none" is not working.
If set to "none" it will keep the "admins" setting!
