Squid webproxy does not start

Hello forum,

I have quite a fresh installation in the version: OPNsense 19.7.5_5-amd64
My problem is that the squid proxy does not really start. An old installation in the same version I have taken as a comparison and everything configured the same for the proxy. On the old version of the proxy starts properly.

Here is an excerpt from the log, hope someone can say something?
