FreeRadius fails to start when enabling "Enable SQLite"

When SQLite is  enabled, FreeRadius cannot start or at least that is what the UI shows - as stopped.

Yes, known issue. SQLite nowhere used in FR, so it's ok

So how do I go about enabling accounting then for FR?
