[solved] after upgrade not rebooting

hello
i have done a update/upgrade und the system hangs now.
going to the cli

6) Reboot system 
Enter an option: 6

The system will reboot. Do you want to proceed? [y/N]: y

>>> Invoking stop script 'beep'
>>> Invoking stop script 'freebsd'
Stopping suricata.
Waiting for PIDS: 25054

also in the Gui it say

Your device is rebooting
The upgrade has finished and your device is being rebooted at the moment, please wait...

whats happen, do i have to switch it offf?

got a "upgrade" but in the GUI

Unfortunately we have detected at least one programming bug.
Would you like to submit this crash report to the developers?

i have  submitted but don't know thats happen to it

19.1.10_1 is good. Now start the update again, it will ask you for [19.7/y/N] and you would type "19.7".

I had the same issue where after the update to 19.7, Opnsense GUI shows Rebooting.

After going through CLI and logs, restart process was stuck trying to kill snmpd process. I killed this process forcefully and tried the reboot again, then opnsense rebooted right away.
[Firewall - OPNsense 19.7-amd64, FreeBSD 11.2 RELEASE-p11-HBSD]
[Hardware - Dell R210 Xeon E31260L@2.40GHz x8core, 16G RAM 200GB SSD, Dual 1G & Dual 10G NIC, GS728TP Poe+ Switch]
[ISP - D940Mbps / U880Mbps]

Not sure what we can do about a stuck process. You can try kill -9 from the console, but we can't really trigger this via timeout because we'd always risk losing data unexpectedly.

Had same issue, reboot over ssh for now.
