nuvoton nct6776f: fan control & sensors

I have a system that I have been unable to figure out how to control fan speeds with and had hope that someone may be able to guide me to some possible solutions.

The system has a Nuvoton LPC I/O chipset for sensors and fan control (NCT6776F), which I had previously been able to adjust in testing IPFire, but have had no success in figuring out in FreeBSD with OPNsense.

I have gathered some hardware information details (included below).  Would anyone have advice on how to proceed being able to monitor and/or control the fan speeds?  Links to resource or likewise use case would be awesome, i'm willing to take it onto myself to learn how.
