Netgate SG-5100 bricked after update to 19.1

This is really strange. The legacy MMC is also broken on this one. This code is queued up for FreeBSD 11.3 so that will be a weird thing to watch going out in a release... For now what we have seems like the least worse option to stick with for the time being.
