Please correct validation errors in form

Good just installed opnsense to test the proxy but when I try to activate the proxy I get the message that says "Please correct validation errors in form" I've checked everywhere and not ogre figure it out there any wiki or documnetacion how to configure the proxy?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue? And maybe a snapshot of the config.xml for the proxy?
Normally it should highlight the issue after you exit the warning dialog.
