Upgrade old installs (16.1)

Dear All,

I've searched a long time and I would like to know if there is any other way than backup and reinstall fresh an old 16.1 install (... yes I know - but this is a long story...).

If an old archive of 16.7 pkg site was up somewhere that would be really great... If there's not, then I know what to do.

It's best to do a config import + reinstall with a fresh 19.1, you will not lose any of your settings.
