I'm having difficulties as well, and I'm a G Suite Admin!

Do you have a screenshot of settings? Obfuscate as need.

It isn't a matter of settings in Opnsense!  It's the right settings from the myriad Google console and/or some setting enabled there too!

I have service account, p12 formatted key, password, Drive folder ID, but the unhelpful messaging doesn't lend itself to understanding where the problem might be.

for G Suite i found one problem: it became working automatically within 2-3 days...

i've also created a ticket in google... and after weekend i checked it - and it worked.

i can make all screens if you want it
