Strange behaviour with time based rules

Ok, I recently switched from pfsense to OPNSense, and setup my firewall rules like I would on pfsense. However they only work for the first trigger, i.e. when the restricted group is blocked during the restricted hours, it works like it should blocking the network access. But! when it is time for the rules to relax and allow the restricted group access to the internet, it doesn't. It still blocks the network access. If I go in a refresh the rules by hand, then it allows traffic like it is supposed to. However, again when it is time to restrict traffic, it doesn't do so until I go in and manually refresh the firewall rules. Needless to say, this is not a way I want to manage the firewall. I have removed all the rules, schedules, and aliases I made for the restricted rule set. And then recreated them, but I am still getting the same behaviour. I have verified the system time to make sure it is right. Any ideas out there?
Thank you!
Sheldon

You can start by providing more info in your other post, not reviving posts from a year ago with little more info.
