LAN GW is using WAN IP?

Hi there,
I have a question about an apparent misconfiguration for my Gateways. According to OPNsense, it states that my LAN GW is incorrect, which I promptly tried to switch to my LAN's IP of 192.168.2.1 to fix the problem. After doing that I was disconnected, and had to reset back to 192.168.1.254 as the LAN GW. What is the problem here? Important note: I'm behind a Double NAT, there's nothing I can do about it. Any suggestions? Thanks

LAN Range: 192.168.2.1/24
WAN Range: 192.168.1.1/24

Do you have another router besides OPNsense in your LAN network and static routes pointing at it? If not, you must not have a LAN gateway configured. Gateways are for OPNsense to use for its own routing, not for clients who use OPNsense as their default gateway.

Thank you for the insight, Patrick!

I certainly don't have another router being used on my network. I'm wondering why this was added in the first place, and I have no recollection of creating the LAN GW myself. Is there another place this is configured besides this screen, or is the only thing I must do is delete/disable the LAN GW configuration?

Go to the interface settings for LAN and check in the lower part if you set a gateway there. Remove it.
