Userportal for OpenVPN users

Are there any solution for a Portal accessable for users to do some light vpn handling.  like download their config file, generate new QR code.  maybe new certificate? making deployment of openvpn to clients more  easy?

or even a way to let users handle their config from the "URL" function in VPN Connect?

all this in opnsense?

Didnt find it but then.    this is a feature in the Business Edition?
