Unbound DNS: Overrides wildcard domain and exceptions

Hello, I have some domains that I have entered as wildcards in Unbound, which I find very convenient because there are also many subdomains. Unfortunately a few subdomains have to be resolved to other IP's, how can I handle this without having to enter each subdomain individually as an overwrite?

*.example.com -> 192.168.100.10
test.example.com -> 123.456.789.1
