Why aren't Active Directory users showing up in the user list?

I am using version 25.1 and I have configured all the Windows Active Directory server settings correctly. And the connection test confirms that the connection is established without any problems. But the list of users defined in Active Directory is not displayed in "System: Access: Users". Also, there is no option to import users. What is the solution?
