UX - Multiple VPN Tailscale and Openconnect

OpenVPN, IPSec, Wireguard, Zerotier allow multiple VPN instances or VPN Network membership. It would make sense to keep this UX consistent and allow/Add feature for Tailscale and Openconnect as well.
