OPNSense Stopping Internet after 24+ hours, where can I start troubleshooting?

Hey yall, I just setup my OPNSense Router, using HomeNetworkingGuy.com's guide. I'm using AT&T Fiber. I set everything up and it works like a charm...except...every few days, or lately, once every day, my internet will go out. The router and private networks are accessible, I just don't have internet access. I just upgraded to 25.1.2. It still happened. I think it might have something to do with the WAN IP changing, but I really don't have a clue. I'm not as up on networking as some of the people here, but I know linux and how to find info. I just need help on where to start troubleshooting this issue? Where can I start?

The PPPoE log used to be separate but in 25.1 it is under System: Log Files: General
