A Tun interface created by another program cannot be assigned in Opnsense WebUI

Hello everyone
I am using https://github.com/shadowsocks/shadowsocks-rust for a VPN connection. This program creates a TUN interface, but I can't assign it in the OPNsense WebUI. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
