NDProxy - Status Feature Request

To be able to use OPNsense within our company, it is important to us that OPNsense supports NDProxy.
That is not the case natively. Therefore we can fall back on the underlying OS, namely FreeBSD.
What I would like to know: What is the FreeBSD equivalent of the Linux command :
"/sbin/ip -6 neigh add proxy 2001:41d0:a:2404:b055:cafe :face:1 dev eth0" ?
or what really matters: has anyone managed to split a /64 block using NDproxy on the underlying OS ( FreeBSD ) ?
