Webfiltering rules

Hello,
I'm wondering how people are handling multiple web filtering rules.. for example.. I want users to be blocked from Facebook or youtube etc.. but another group to have access to those sites. It appears that opnsense is configured to have one rule apply to everyone?
Is this possible to do with the base installation?
Thanks

I don't think you're still waiting for an answer
.
But as I'm one of those who stumbled on your post while having the same question I wanted to share the answer I found for myself:
https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/opnproxy.html
That's a "new" plugin that allows to differentiate access between different hosts or subnets.
