How allow Lan1 to access devices on Lan2
«

I have configured Lan1 192.168.10.254 and Lan2 192.168.12.254.
I have to access, according to LAN 1 to the Lan2 devices.
To do this I inserted the following rule on firewall, rules, lan1
Action: Pass
Interface: Lan1
Direction: in
Source: Lan1 net
Destination: lan2 net
Save, Apply
When I insert on browse the ip lan 2 192.168.12.20:88 : not access
What mistake do I make?

Does the device on 192.168.12.20 have 192.168.12.254 as its default gateway? Are all netmasks on all devices /24 aka 255.255.255.0?
