Accessing self hosted SIP server outside on WAN

Hi all,
I am running a SIP server (minisip on windows)
No problem with calls made locally between devices on the LAN, the issue lies when I am trying to make a call from a cell phone on 4G to an IP Phone on the LAN.
It will make the call and there is audio from the IP Phone to the cell phone but no audio from the cell phone to the IP Phone and it doesn't actually end the call even though it thinks it has.
I have port forwarded ports 5060-5090 TCP/UDP and ports 10000 - 65344 for RPT to no avail.
Has any one had success with such setup?
Cheers

which STUN server do you use?
I set up my VoIP with FreePBX and remote Grandstream Wave clients over OpenVPN. It just works.
