Is this specific to Hyper-V technology?

Good morning,

Being a newbie with OPNsense (I've always used pfSense until now) maybe my question is stupid but too bad: I've been tearing my hair out for 3 days trying to understand what's going on:

Before switching from pfSense to OPNsense, I created an OpenVPN mockup consisting of 2 VMs with Hyper-V:

Windows VM (OpenVPN client):
LAN: 10.10.10.199/24

OPNsense VM (OpenVPN server)
LAN: 192.168.1.10
WAN: 10.10.10.102/24 (GW: 10.10.10.1)

I have unchecked the boxes on the WAN leg configuration: "Block private networks" and "Block bogon networks"

I created a rule in the firewall authorizing all IPv4 (UDP, TCP) and ICMP traffic entering the WAN leg and despite this, it is impossible for me to reach the WAN leg even by doing a PING

This is good because of the firewall because, when I deactivate it additionally via the GUI interface: Firewall / Settings / advanced everything works correctly

Thank you in advance for your help, I take any avenue of investigation with interest.

Good afternoon

No clues in the log files -> live view?

Also, you might want to show us the actual rule.
