DEC695 no bootable device

I try to start my new device after holiday. But I was surprised that it won't boot.
After connectiong to USB console I can see that SeaBIOS is always restarting.
After boot to USB (with serial image) I noticed that device DEC695 cant see any storage. This device is in warranty period and never used in production.
If I enter

I think that NVMe is in silicon heaven...
