Access a address with port 22 through Web Proxy

I setup a web proxy 10.10.x.x:8080 for user to connect the internet. Now I want user to access an public address (e.g 234.23.49.1) with ftp service (port 22) but still over web proxy.
Is it possible with OPNsense? How can I do that?

FTP uses TCP 21 and is deprecated since it is a firewall nightmare
A web proxy is a protocol-specific device for the HTTP protocol
The internet is not the same as the web
