More Aliases with multiple descriptions.

I would like to insert an Alias referring to multiple hosts, but maintaining their own description for each.
Instead, I have to enter all the IPs in a single field and be able to enter only one description for the main alias.
This forces me to have to insert many individual aliases and then group them into a group alias.
Isn't that possible or am I doing something wrong?

What is the " Categories" field for?
