Can not access [https://192.168.1.1] GUI on fresh install on Proxmox

Hey, so I am having an issue I simply can not figure out.
I have a working [8.0.2] Proxmox w/ 4 Physical NIC's. 1- proxmox itself, 2 - opnsense lan [enabled in prox], 3 - opnsense wan [enabled] and 4 is disabled.
I installed using VM and create the VM and then add 2 and 2 (lan and wan). I do installer/opnsense and go through the motions. It reboots and has default 192.168.1.1 lan/dhcp. For the life of me, I can not get my PC (dhcp) to obtain an ip or ping or anything 192.168.1.1. I even plugged PC directly into LAN of opnsense.
I even set ip to manual... I also verified correct nic's being associated to lan/wan.

Hi
Aside from Proxmox server itself having 4 NIC's, all I did was under the [installed] Opnsense, I went to Hardware:Add:Network Devices and added both the NIC's... When IO go through the OPNSense installer/opnsense it sees the 2 NIC's, can't find the WAN and assigns itself 192.168.1.0 Network on the LAN. I plug my Desktop into the LAN port of Opnsense and it does not grab any ip, and if I set statically to the correct network, it won't even ping it.
When you say pass through, am I supposed to enable a "pass through" scenario on the NIC's before adding them to Opnsense VM?

When adding nics that way, they are not passed through. Passthrough is not mandatory but each way has pros and cons.
The problem you are possibly having is that with the virtual NICs, OPN will try the routines to set WAN and LAN with some probing. The WAN ones will fail unless you have your virtual nic inside proxmox aware of the real world outside it. Normally this is setup with linux bridges on proxmox.
For the LAN, you need to enable and setup dhcp service.
