Guys I need help Kinda a noob

I have deployed a opnsense box in the field as a router for mostly m2m but even though I get internet traffic none of my devices do.
Not sure if it is because they all host webpages that need access to the net or what. Currently my setup is bog standard, all base settings with exception to the static IP for the WAN connection.

I'm Comp TIA A+ and Net+ but just know nothing about OPNsense and I'm a bit lost.

No idea what m2m is but it might not be relevant.
I guess you are saying there is connectivity from the firewall i.e. the "opnsense box" but not from the clients.
We could do with knowing the setup for LAN. Have you perhaps missed setting up dhcp and dns?
