Problem with upload speed

Hello, im not so expert so il try to explane as much i can.

so we are using internet in a company over paloalto, and it administrator pass to me internet over vlan 126 (192.168.126.254)

so i make that interface as wan. and i put 192.168.125.1-254 as lan. and network speed id 98/0.10 mbit.

When i turn off firewall on opnsense then its 98/98 mbit.

But i need firewall for second internet as backup (telecom adsl who need nat) and for rules because im planing to put several vlan networks and manage rules betwean (some public some private)

im trying to solve this for days, i google i try to reverse many rules disabling only nat putting many things even destroying opnsense several times, nothing helps.

Maybe someone know a solution im tierd of trying.   TNX in advance. Best regards.
