Opnsense Keep Crashing

Dear OPNSense Forum:
I want to apologize beforehand if this topic has already been mentioned in another post. I also want to apologize for being green at OPNSense and likewise open-source firewall software distros.
I currently have a Protectli Vault (Model No. FW4B-0-8-120). I had used both pfSense and OPNSense with the same results for both distros. For the first day, the Protectli Vault and the associated distro that I installed (be it pfSense or OPNSense) works fine. I was able to set up both DNS Forwarding to Cloudflare and VPN service through NordVPN. However, starting the second day, the Protectli Vault would suddenly restart. Some days, the restart will occur multiple of times throughout the day. At around the fourth or fifth day, I cannot remotely access my distro through my Windows 11 PC and need to connect an external monitor to see what is going on. Upon connecting my external monitor onto the Protectli Vault, I incur the following error message:
panic: VERIFY3(rs_get_start(rs, rt) <= start) failed (1321930752 <= 1315840000)
cpuid = 0
time = 2

If I did not mentioned before, I've tried multiple times installing both pfSense and OPNSense and still receive the same error message around four or five days later after the fresh installation. I am not really sure if I need to contact Protectli about this issue. If any one in the forum is able to solve my issue, then it would be much appreciated. I really love OPNSense and the ability to use one device to connect to both my Cloudflare and NordVPN.
Thank you.

Do you have the latest BIOS ?
Did you try running a memtest ?

It looks like this is ZFS related. It's a ZFS install all the time, right? If so you could try to see if UFS behaves better in that particular case, but I do agree that something with the hardware might be off...
Cheers,
