Wireguard stopped after Upgrade to 23.1.8 with endpoint x.x.x.x/22

Hi, today I run into a strange issue.
I've an working wireguard config with a 22 Subnet allowed in endpoint.
After upgrade one of my boxes to 23.1.8 wireguard doesn't come up / comes up and down again.

My solution was, to define 4 /24 subnets in endpoint e.g.
base config works before upgrade 172.18.0.0/22
After upgrade I define 172.18.0.0/24, 172.18.1.0/24, 172.18.2.0/24 and 172.18.3.0/24
This is working but strange.

Are there any known issues like that?

What will happen when I upgrade the other box with the LAN Interface 172.18.0.1/22

Perhaps that still works with os-wireguard-go? I remember kernel version being more restrictive here.
