Router not connecting after reboot.

Currently running OPNsense all seems to be running fine. My one question is when I reboot the OPNsense Router it fails to come back online, meaning I cannot access anything on the web. Everything internal will work fine. The only way to regain access to the external web is to reboot the Bell Router.

My setup is a Bell Router which is in bridge mode which grants my OPNsense Router an external IP.

Does anyone know of a way to resolve this without having to reboot he Bell Router?
