Removing or changing the autogenerated rules order

Hello,
I am new to OPNsense and am trying to get a SIP provider registered to my PBX. I have gone through the procedure in the documentation but, it seems the autogenerated rules are interfering. It never seems to get to it and all my viewing of the states shows the allow everything rule is acting on it. I don't see anything blocked on the inbound on the log live view.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
