OpenVPN standart roadmap but inaccessible to local network

I set up OpenVPN according to the instructions, everything is fine, there is a connection, but I just can't understand why the client cannot reach local resources behind the server. DHCP does not work on OPNsense. it runs on another server within the network. added push "route 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0" still doesn't help. I understand the matter in the routes, but I can't understand what and where to prescribe. Can someone please explain or give an example. I will be very grateful!
