IPsec on 23.1.1: EAP-Radius not available

Trying to configure IPsec and can't select "EAP-Radius" under "Tunnel Settings".
FreeRADIUS is configured and working (using it for WPA3 Enterprise without any issues).

Does anyone know what might be wrong here...?
